Volunteer Recruitment and Volunteer Management for Staff
Two 3 hour workshops for staff working in Children’s Centres or community settings. These workshops can be booked as a set (as a one-day training, or 2 x one-off trainings), or individually.

– Have explored methods for attracting volunteers to their service / project
– Be able to explain why it is important to have a diverse range of volunteers

– Be able to list the key aspects of good practice in volunteer management
– Have produced an action plan on next steps to ensure volunteers are properly supported within their setting / organization
